‘GPS INTERNATIONAL’ always strives to manufacture high-quality restorations. Quality control is maintained throughout 19 production departments with 35 quality control points, ensuring that the product meets the company’s highest quality standards. To prevent color changes, ‘GPS INTERNATIONAL’ follows crucial procedures, including:
1- Using the internal construction method for adding multiple layers of ceramic (Layering Technique) which results in the color of the restoration or the transparency and color effects will not be affected over time as they are part of the internal structure of the restoration.
2- During the final stages of manufacturing, ‘GPS INTERNATIONAL’ works on polishing and finishing the surfaces of the prosthetics using the “HEAT GLAZING” technique. Special ovens are used that prevent the entry of air. This ensures there are no microscopic pores that would allow external stains or liquids to penetrate the internal structure of the prosthesis, making the tooth surface effectively sealed off from the external environment.
As for the external stains that may form on the surfaces of natural teeth or prosthetics, influenced by foods, beverages such as coffee and tea, colored foods, and smoking, the prosthetics are similar to the natural teeth in that they also require regular daily care, brushing and flossing of prosthetics and adherence to regular dental check-ups. All these are essential to maintain clean prosthetics free from external discoloration.
